Quilter Cheviot joins BBC presenters to launch Countryfile Live

21 April 2016

Representing Quilter Cheviot in its capacity as headline sponsor of Countryfile Live, the CEO David Loudon joined BBC Countryfile presenters Matt Baker, John Craven, Adam Henson, Anita Rani, Ellie Harrison and Tom Heap to launch what is set to be one of the country’s biggest outdoor events.

The Countryfile Live launch was marked with the unveiling of a sixteen foot “haystack” at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. The event is set to bring the best of the Great British countryside to the stunning stately home and grounds from 4th-7th August 2016. The show will be a celebration of the very best that rural Britain has to offer, focusing on Britain’s love of farming. In addition to this, Countryfile Live will also play host to over 500 exhibitors.

The event is being staged in association with the National Trust.

David Loudon said: “Britain boasts some of the most beautiful countryside in the world. Countryfile Live is the perfect opportunity for families and businesses to come and celebrate our country’s outstanding natural beauty. As investment managers we have a close affinity with Britain’s rural communities and its farming industry, we are very proud to support what will be an amazing event for all who attend.”
